Due to Covid infections among our staff and family members,
we will be CLOSED until July 26th (Tues).
If you are visiting, kindly check our website again for updates on our re-opening. 
Patients with an ongoing medication condition requiring a new prescription may contact us
by sending us an email with your name, date of birth, tel number
and the medicine you require.
